Measurements and material calculations Multiply height by width (H × W = sq/m) of the internal surfaces to be covered. Subtract openings such as doors, vents, or fixtures. This is the total surface area required. Note: it is advisable to allow an extra 10% of material for cutting. Surface preparation Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from dust or loose material. Ensure all walls are level and structurally sound before installation. Panel layout Lay out panels before installation to understand positioning. Ensure horizontal lines align evenly across all sides of the chamber. Chamber installation Start from the base and work upwards. Apply adhesive to the back of each panel and press firmly into place. Adjust slightly to align. Remove excess adhesive before it sets. Cut panels where required to fit around openings. Sealing joints Seal all internal joints and edges to ensure durability and a clean finish. Allow sealant to set before use.
